Reclaim & Regenerate Workshop

$35.00
sold out

The new year is often charged with the energy to let go of the past, keep marching forward, and be born anew. As people of color, Kim and Penny believe that there’s immense value in holding onto what makes us: our roots, our ancestry, our culture, our past experiences. This workshop aims to explore the ways to find balance in our past, present, and future. We begin with a beginner-friendly gentle flow with Kim to move through the energy stored within our bodies, followed by a visualization meditation that brings us back to the present moment, and a guided dream journaling session where we imagine a future that is rooted in our true self.

Journaling materials and free kombucha sponsored by Rmbr Kombucha will be provided. Please bring your own mat, blankets, pillows, water bottle, and anything that’ll make you feel cozy.

Location: Flat Iron Arts Building 1579 N. Milwaukee Ave. 60622 Studio 340
